Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and Nepali
Cooking for Your Mallorca Villa and Home

Almost every private chef in Mallorca cooks Mediterranean food: paella, fresh fish and local island dishes. We bring something different to your table: the real home cooking of Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and Nepali kitchens.
Curries are cooked slowly in your villa kitchen, spices are blended by hand, and naan and kebabs reach the table hot. Chef Afzal has over 20 years of cooking behind him, from Bolton, UK to the Canary Islands, Madrid and Asturias. He knows the dishes guests from across Europe already love, and exactly how they should taste.
Eight Set Menus for Your Mallorca Table
Pick one set menu for the whole table, or let each guest choose their own starter, main and dessert. Most mains come with rice, fresh bread and homemade chutneys.
Pakistani Set Menu
Shami kebab first, then chicken karahi or beef balti with naan to scoop it up.
Chef's Special Set Menu
Gobi manchurian or seekh kebab, then chilli chicken or murgh makhani.
Tandoori & BBQ Set Menu
A grill platter of tikka, kebabs and king prawns, made for terrace evenings.
Vegetarian Set Menu
Smoky baingan bharta or chana masala, with samosa or gobi manchurian first.
Children's Set Menu
Fish fingers, fried chicken or a gentle korma, kept mild for little ones.
Mix and Match From 39 Dishes
No set menu feels quite right? Our full list holds 39 dishes across starters, curries, grills, breads, rice and desserts. Choose one from each course and the menu becomes entirely your own.
Tell Chef Afzal how hot you like it, who at the table eats no meat, and any allergies in the group. Each plate is then cooked to suit the people sitting around it.
Mallorca Mornings Begin With Chai and Paratha

Chef Afzal can also arrive in the morning and cook breakfast at your villa or finca: Pakistani nihari, Indian aloo paratha or masala dosa, Bangladeshi dim bhuna, or Nepali bara, with doodh patti chai, mango lassi or fresh orange juice on the side.
Lunch is on offer too, cooked from the same menus as dinner, so a late morning by the pool can roll straight into a long meal on the terrace.
Anniversaries, Reunions and Long Summer Evenings in Mallorca

Some trips to Mallorca are planned around a date that matters: a wedding anniversary in a hilltop finca, a family reunion that brings three generations to one villa, or friends back from a round at the Santa Ponsa golf course and ready for a proper meal.
Dinner is served on your own terrace while the light fades over the sea, at whatever pace suits the table. A birthday cake can come out when you choose, and younger guests can have milder plates of their own.

«Everything was delicious, amazingly prepared and there were all kinds of dishes for everyone’s taste. The whole service was amazing, especially as a big group it was very nice to not have to cook! The kitchen was left spotless and everything was impeccably prepared. Could not recommend more and will definitely repeat»

How We Price a Private Chef in Mallorca

Every quote is worked out per guest. The figure depends on the menu you pick and how many people are at the table, and it drops per person as the group grows. Booking several meals during the same stay brings it down further.
That one price covers the market shopping, the cooking in your kitchen, serving each course and leaving the kitchen clean. Send your dates, numbers and menu idea, and a full written quote reaches you before anything is confirmed.
Questions Guests Ask Before Booking in Mallorca
A few quick answers for anyone planning a private chef evening at a villa or finca on the island.
Which parts of Mallorca do you cook in?
Santa Ponsa, Port d’Andratx, Puerto Portals, Palma, Pollença and Alcúdia, as well as villas and fincas elsewhere on the island. Send the address of where you are staying with your enquiry and we will confirm.
How far ahead should we book?
Ideally one week to ten days before your date. In the busy summer months it is wise to ask even earlier, because dates already promised to another group cannot be taken.
How many guests can you cook for?
Yes. You choose the spice level for the table, vegetarian, vegan and allergy needs are cooked separately, and children can have milder plates of their own. Just list everything in your message.

What do we need in the villa kitchen?
A working cooker, a fridge and some worktop space is enough. All ingredients and spices arrive with the chef.
