My Passion, Your Table
Cooking has always been more than preparing food for me. With over 25 years of experience, including training in England and two decades cooking across Spain, I’ve carried the true taste of India and South Asia into every kitchen I’ve worked in. The flavours stay authentic, exactly as they should be, while the way they’re served has grown with me, bringing traditional recipes into a fresh, modern dining experience. The greatest reward is seeing guests relax, share great food, and create lasting memories together.
