Idli and Masala Chai
Start the day with a South Asian breakfast cooked in your own kitchen. Choose Pakistani halwa puri, soft Indian idli with sambar, Bangladeshi dim bhuna with paratha or a Nepali bara, with masala chai, Nepali milk tea or a sweet lassi to drink. Lunch can follow from the same set menus and 39 dishes as dinner.

Chef Afzal can cook the relaxed dinner the night before the wedding for your closest family, a 50th or 60th birthday at the villa, a retirement party, or a meal for everyone visiting during the Sant Joan festivities in Ciutadella.
